Bio. Mostafa is a strategic and achievement-focused Learning Professional with +25 years of long-standing global L&D experience (across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific). Mostafa has held multiple OD&L operational and leadership positions across various industries (Oil & Gas, Luxury Retail, Insurance, and Consulting) with some of the world’s giant blue chips (i.e., Shell, Baker Hughes, and Allianz) focusing on building solid talent pipelines and aligning L&D/Talent Management Initiatives with organizational objectives and strategies.

His core expertise revolves around setting Learning Strategies, Workforce Development, Leadership Development, Facilitation, Talent Management, Competence Frameworks Development, Learning Digitalization, and Strategic Consulting. In addition, he has solid track record of designing and implementing L&D Frameworks, Competence-based Development projects, and Organizational-wide Learning Reviews. He has been heavily involved in rolling out several key HR initiatives (LMS, PMS, Workforce Planning, Onboarding, Employee Engagement, and Job Competency Profiling, and Job Analysis).

Throughout his experience, he has developed strong professional relationships with global  learning institutions (i.e., Thunderbird). He has been invited as a Guest Speaker in multiple conferences and knowledge-sharing forums (i.e., HR Symposium – Australian College in Kuwait).
